I get where you're coming from. But no one becomes good at trading by working in a 'team' you'll all have conflicting ideas and it goes against a KEY MARKET PRINCIPLE.
ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN.
Someone will go short when you go long. Then what. Who's right, and who's wrong you'll be in a cycle of searching.
What you need to do is refine your OWN strategy first.
