Noob here, i want to clarify since ETF like SMIN, FLTW, FLJH is list in US tracking Foreign markets. Suppose if US market takes a downturn, will this effect the international ETF in a negative way? Since the primary buyers are the US investors?

I have some money in FLIN, IDEV and EMXC.
FLIN is an India ETF of large and mid caps. It's close to its 52-week low so might be a good time to get in. This is a bit of a risky venture.
IDEV is an ETF for developed countries, similar to VEA or EFG. I chose IDEV due to its low expense ratio and sizeable overlap with VEA (VEA has some 300 more stocks iirc).
EMXC is emerging markets except China. I find it very difficult to believe the figures coming out of there and how much the government is working on propping them up. EMXC offers India, Taiwan , South Korea (because MSCI rates it as developing) , LATAM, and some middle eastern stock as well. I am aware of the overlap with FLIN, but this was one of the only ETFs that didn't have China.
I have considered FLTW (Taiwan ETF) but it's essentially owning TSMC, MediaTek and Hon Hai.
Overall these constitute 15% of my portfolio. I believe in the future, US stocks will continue to out perform them but I keep them to gain some international exposure. I also plan (see plan) to buy some ASML and MELI in the near future.
