If you fomo’d into SKK at the highs, you’re already down ~20%.
They just announced a trading halt, odds are ~20% smackdown to the 7-day trading VWAP average, then another 10% discount for the inevitable CR.
That’s basically a textbook rinse of retail. Fucking yikes. All those shiny new pump accounts that popped up a few days ago? I’d bet 95% of them vanish faster than your gains.

Congress passed a fucking CR back in March to fund the government through the end of September and then the fucking Republicans didn’t do a damned thing to negotiate an actual budget in the ensuing 6 months. And now they have the unmitigated gall to blame Democrats? They can shove that blame right up their own asses.

There will be a minor correction when the CR passes and the gov't opens back up. But otherwise, October is typically good for Bitcoin.

Schumer pushed for the CR back in March in the hopes they could deal in good faith.
They used the time to gut healthcare for millions.
Why should Schumer believe them a second time?

cnbc just said democrats successfully filibustered the CR again, no more votes expected today, and the senate is off tomorrow so the next possible vote would be friday.

This budget is 54% bigger than the budget in 2019….. over the last 5 years has your life improved in any way by 54%????
This spending IS UNSUSTAINABLE. It won’t be just republicans or just democrats that suffer when the whole things burns down. Not to mention this is the same CR democrats were happy to sign last time! They just wanted to add over 1 TRILLION to it….. against UNSUSTAINABLE

They could change the rules like they have done recently to change to votes needed to pass a CR. If they wanted to, they would.

They only just did a CR at 2c, there’s a lot of options out standing from last year and this years CR to fund further but I do agree they will do another raise once over 25c. I think it will go to 50c in the very near term.

Okay. So why did they not vote for the CR to keep the government open until November 21st?

The announcement today and from start of August plus the recent investor report sums it all up if you’re looking to do some DD. Only issue is they churn through board members and they have 1.9mil cash with options to be converted but I’d expect a CR once over 25c

You need 60 votes for a CR. The founders never thought we’d be this dumb.
