I have MSTY and I wouldn’t recommend it in this situation. The decline in NAV is real. Barring a major rise in BTC/MSTR, I feel it’s going to decline further. I have a little MSTY just as a gamble. Here you’re asking $50k to return almost 25%/yr safely. That’s a tall order. I think 7% to 9% is reasonable through ETFs or divy stocks… JEPQ, ARCC, BTI, MO, UPS. Even CRF/CLM at 17% if you drip isn’t a terrible play if the chips are down. Drip the divs at NAV and sell the shares after the drip.

my av cost is 100.76. It was even lower but I DCAed up. I am buying nothing these days. Money market funds. I sold a few things(BTI, MO) lately and am looking to rebuy if it drops back down enough. Holding BABA

Id look at consumer staples there is some value there in the boring shit like KHC,STZ,BTI,TGT. As tech gets expensive im willing to bet people start looking for value in preparation for a correction.

I prefer MO and BTI - which I have as long term holdings in my portfolio.
