The advisor intends to focus its investments on Local Debt issued by governments (national, state, and local), government agencies and instrumentalities, and government sponsored enterprises. The fund may invest up to 20% of its assets in debt instruments denominated in U.S. dollars issued by Asian governments and government sponsored enterprises. It is non-diversified.
