Das ist gar nicht mein Punkt. Viel mehr unterstreichst du, was ich sage. Nämlich, dass auch du lediglich indirekte Ertragsarbeit ins Feld führst. Womit ich auch recht habe. Niemand sagt, diese Menschen seien weniger wichtig. Aber sie haben keinen konkreten Ertrag, der ihrem Job gegenübersteht. So einfach. Und mit dem AG-Anteil habe ich genau so recht. Ein Unternehmen hat 200 Mitarbeiter und zahlt eine Summe für seine AG-Anteile an den Sozialk. Jetzt kommt eine Erhöhung. Ergebnis: AN hat weniger netto, AG zahlt obendrauf. Lose-Lose. AG hat reele Mehrbelastung. Statt sich hier an Strohmannargumenten abzuarbeiten, kannst du auch wie ich einfach nüchtern auf die Realität blicken.

Hi everyone, I'm 24yo and I woke up one day with a thought in my mind "Gotta save something for the future, eventually even making some money of it". I started with 2,5k€ portfolio in September and I'm adding +- 300€ every month. For now I have 470€ on NVidia, 1,2k on Next 2.0 International Shares Fund (Nvidia 4,77%, Microsoft 4,54%, Apple 3,39% etc.), 700 on Euro Area Shares (ASML Holding 6,52%, SAP SE 3,9%, L.V.M.H. 3,56%, Siemens AG 2,98%, Rheinmetall AG 2,67% etc), 700 on EQ China SM (Alibaba Group Holding 8,41%, Tencent Holdings 8,2%, Xiaomi Corp 4,42% etc) and 250 on Eurizon Equity Innovation R ACC (Nvidia, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon).
Do you have any suggestion/opinion on how I'm doing so far? I do think AI and all the relative stuff, as well as China, Asia (and maybe even South America or Africa?) might bump up in the next years, so I'm wondering if I should point more on single shares, should I stock ETFs or should I go with "safe option" and keep investing in funds? I'm new here, so I have no idea on how trading works and I don't want to "stay awake at night, watching those graphs going up and down" or speculate, I'm just a chill guy who wants to have it's slice of pie in 10, maybe 20 years, not everything right now. Financial institutions are required to respond to complaints lodged with regulatory agencies in a specific time frame. The response has to follow regulations, so they would have to provide a legal reason why they're withholding your funds. Also, there are requirements around how long an institution can suspend an account while investigating potential fraud. Depending on how long since they were notified that there's no fraud (illegally obtained funds used to create the account as a way to launder the money in your case) they may owe damages for failure to return the money. Use the regulatory agencies to get your money back. The SEC has a whole list of actions against Robinhood they've taken to protect and compensate investors.

Ich kann mir nur Vorstellen das es an Unwissenheit liegt. Die meisten wissen ja nichtmal was die Haltelinie beim Rentenniveau wirklich ist.

Tja nur wurde um Zweifelsfall die Kassiererin um Supermarkt sogar mehr bekommen, wenn man es vom Brutto abziehen kann und nicht nur vom zve. Und gesetzlich verpflichtend die AG Anteile an den Arbeitnehmer weiterzureichen hätte man auch noch machen können.

Ach, wenn du bestehst. Bei meinem AG arbeiten Berater die ihre Erfahrung als wismit an der Uni gesammelt haben. Machen dann halt keine Erklärungen sondern nur Beratung.

Ja als ob der AG auf der Kostenrechnung stehen hat:
Gehalt 3000€ und dann in irgendeiner anderen Kostenstelle stehen hat Sozialversicherungen 600€
Nee der AG hat da stehen: Gehaltskosten 3600€ und bei dir steht halt als Bruttolohn "Gehalt 3000€"

Das ist halt keine Meinung. Natürlich gibt der AG irgendwie einen Rahmen vor und hat je nach geschäftsform einen großen Teil des risikos (gibt ja nicht wenige mit beschränkter Haftung) aber was passiert wenn herr schwarz, herr Rossmann, herr (wie auch immer die aldi Brüder heißen) und die besitzer von bmw mal ne Woche nicht arbeiten? Alles geht weiter wie bisher.
Was passiert jedoch wenn alle Arbeitnehmer dort eine Woche nicht arbeiten? Wie schöpft der herr schwarz denn alleine den wert?

Das ist eine sehr einseitige Sicht auf die Dinge. Als ich mich selbstständig gemacht habe und einen Mitarbeiter einstellen wollte musste ich feststellen, wenn ich ihm 60k Gehalt zahlen will muss ich über 70k bezahlen. Praktisch werden beide Seiten heftig abgezogen. Sowohl als AG als auch AN

Die Ausbildung zahlt nich nur dein AG. Dabei hat der Staat auch ordentlich dazu gezahlt. Schon alleine die Berufsschule wird nicht vom AG bezahlt. In jeder Phase der Ausbildung zahlt der Staat einen Großteil, damit du eben im Nachhinein etwas zurückgibst. Wer mehr rausholen kann, zahlt eben am Ende auch etwas mehr.
Wochenddienste sind auch durch den Staat gefördert.
Also kein Plan warum du das als normal ansiehst

Gerade mal ausgerechnet, für viele hier steigt die relative Belastung von ca. 50% des AG Brutto auf 70% des AG brutto in der nächsten Dekade (GKV+PV+Rente+ Aufhebung Beitragsermessungsgrenze) dazu Besteuerung auf Kapital!
All dies aber explizit NUR FÜR JUNGE MENSCHEN. Komplette Frechheit das sowas gesetzlich überhaupt möglich ist. Man muss sich mal klar machen dass wir dann fast 50% weniger Kaufkraft als die Boomer haben. Ich warte nur drauf dass die Politik irgendwann Sklaverei a das jeweilige Geburtsjahr knüpft. Bin selber zum Glück schon ausgewandert aber habe noch Familie und Freunde da und mir tut das Schauspiel trotzdem weh…

Warum hab ich überproportional vom Staat profitiert? Ich hab Realschule gemacht, das steht jedem zu und machen auch die meisten zuende, eine Ausbildung die mein AG bezahlt hat, und dann den Techniker und den technischen Betriebswirt die natürlich teils vom Staat getragen wurden aber auch zum Teil von mir selbst bezhalt.
Dafür zahl ich ja jetzt bedeutend mehr Steuern als leute die weniger verdienen, gebe dem Staat schon einiges zurück.
Ansonsten halt Glück und Fleis dahin zu kommen wo ich bin, habe dieses Jahr auch fast jedes Wochenende Bereitschaft gemacht für den Gehaltsboost.

Alter. Dein AG trägt nichts. Dieses Geld erwirtschaftet du zu 100% und noch einiges darüber hinaus sonst warst du dort nicht angestellt.

Je nach Gehaltsabrechnung sieht man auch den AG-Anteil inkl. AG Brutto.
