Good morning chaps! Some of you have been enjoying my write up on micro caps. Got good feedback on the last early stage metals write up, so here's another! Been looking into **Mogotes Metals ($MOGMF).** Interesting early stage copper play positioned right in the middle of one of the world’s richest copper districts, the **Vicuma Belt** (Chile/Argentina).
Their flagship **Filo Sur Project** sits just south of **Filo Mining’s Filo del Sol discovery**, which has over $12B in known resources and has been a major point of interest in the region. Mogotes is basically drilling along the same trend line, backed by solid capital and some big names (including the **Braun family**, who dropped $9M in their recent raise).
They just closed a **$22.2M financing round** this summer and are kicking off a **fall drill program now in October.** Targeting several large geophysical anomalies that line up perfectly with the established copper systems in the area.
Under $0.30/share and fully funded for the season, it’s a pretty strong setup for a micro cap explorer. If they hit something big at Filo Sur, it could be a real inflection point. Weekly chart is in a nice uptrend for now.
