China has agreed to talk. Nothing more. In the meantime, they're taking advantage of U.S. idiocy to expand their own influence.
Japan came to negotiate a deal. They walked out as soon as they realized the U.S. wasn't looking for a deal and was just trying to use the tariffs to extort the rest of the world.
The EU is preparing to retaliate against the tariffs.
And the UK agreed to a vague outline that will lower tariffs without really giving the U.S. much of anything. They haven't even begun to negotiate the actual deal.

Yes, China most notably, but also the UK, japan, EU, vietnam, etc. Although importantly not canada which would be the biggest one. The other day China announced exemptions for US goods in several sectors from their retaliatory tariffs, from their meetings the past few days, according to several people in the trump administration (however much weight you wanna put on that) they are expressing optimism and claiming that progress is being made.

The only reason the UK was closer to comprehensive was because they'd already been negotiating a bilateral trade agreement with the US *since Trump's last presidency* so there already was a full trade deal that they just had to quibble over.
