If you know, you know, I'm holding $UGRO... You all aren't ready for that surprise cannabis legalization/rescheduling & what that would do to the market, or how urban-gro could capture *a large portion* of that blossoming market, as leaders in the industry... 🤙 NFA, DYODD...

$UGRO is giving me bullish vibes today - that float looks dangerously locked up (by me? I alone hold over 2x today’s volume, more than Vanguard…)🤙
I love to see all the headlines you all are posting - who’re the new dispensaries going to go to for design-build & grow operation services? ✅

Only ~70k in volume left to go until $UGRO is “up on relatively higher volume,” a positive technical indicator; how high can the volume even go with so much of the float locked up? The bid is hugging the ask, the cost to borrow is slowly rising. Onward and upward is the name of the game, slow & steady… 🤙

I don't know if I'd say that but who knows? I've got time to see what happens; I'm holding $CTM for a dividend, $ESMC for a buyout, and $UGRO to "f@%k around & find out." If you load/hold in quantity, a rise of a few dollars is a pretty substantial gain. Then you can start to shave off profits gradually/gracefully; I'm not into stocks that pump (& dump), as a lot of penny stocks do. I'm into finding "the next" thing that'll stick... 🤙

Biotech = unicorns 🦄…I’ve been told it exists somewhere in some fantasy land ;) Make you fast profits. Or risk the $IXHL jackknife by MM to trigger stop loss hunting.

It was actually on the Fidelity sub - I go there every once in a while when I see a “what to do with all this money” post & promote penny stocks. It’s great fun seeing their reactions 🤣
I’m retired/financially independent, whatever you want to call it, from trading penny stocks - they’ve changed my life. It’s a shame they get such a bad rep, but it’s fine - they can buy my shares of $CTM, $UGRO, & $ESMC for dollars later on if they want… 🤙

Or shorts will be forced to cover… I’m thinking something similar could happen with $UGRO if sellers just disappear… Get in while you can, NFA.

$UGRO 👁️👁️ I’m holding for NASDAQ compliance - it was ~$1.20 before the notices came. No stop-losses nor shares being lent out here. $4.20 1-year PT - just buy & hold, NFA, DYODD, GLTA 🤙

I appreciate your thorough, and brutally honest, review of what you see. I think when they are able to become current on their financials we’ll see them continuing the trend of reducing net loss & moving toward being cash-flow positive by the end of 2025, as they’ve stated is their goal. Interestingly enough, they commented that:
“Management has concluded that these recent positive steps alleviate...doubt about the Company's ability to continue its operations & meet its financial obligations, for twelve months from the date these...statements are issued” (pg. 10, $UGRO's ER for Q1 2024).
From the date those financials were issued (restated) would be from February, 2025. Do they know something we don’t? Also interesting is that [FSMAX - Fidelity Extended Market Index Fund, actually added to their position as shown in their last filing.](https://fintel.io/so/us/ugro) A lot of stocks I’ve followed or invested in have this fund as a shareholders and that raises my eyebrows as well.
Anyways, thanks for letting me share so much!

Penny stocks are the way - trading it tax-free in an IRA… I’m interested in $UGRO right now; I own ~4% of the float. $ESMC is also a solid long-term investment IMO; I hold ~6.3% of that one. Clearly there’s a potential for bias in my opinion 🤙

I’ll probably just buy more shares of $UGRO in the premarket 🤙 why do I have a feeling those things will soon be worth their weight in gold?
