Why are people still buying TSLA when Elon clearly wants it at 1T EOY so SpaceX can give it 100% premium and both can merge with same valuation(2T), SpaceX is the better play now, buy TSLA later. The merger won't happen till EOY

What is crazy to me is that most of these companies (excluding the like of TSLA and SPCX) have delivered extremely impressive results far above any reasonable expectation. If this doesn't turn out to be an all time great crash this will have been a great buying oportunity.
