So I have the same strategy and was labeled a professional trader back in March 390 rule that I wasn’t aware of. I’m a scalper and my trades generally last for a minute maybe less. The label was removed in April. And I continued my strategy making sure I don’t go over the 7850 orders per month. I’ve made low 6 figures 100k this year. Not sure of his strategy but selling call options also has infinite theoretical risk. It’s important to ask if he has any plans for when TSLA does swing to the upside. Naturally he can set up stops on the calls close but then trading only during market hours there serious gap risks to consider. It’s about knowing if he can afford being wrong as well.
