In this environment I cross-reference Reddit buzz with FinTwit before touching anything — Adanos tracks both and right now NVDA and TSLA are showing outsized mention spikes that don't match their price action. Worth watching before committing size.

Mine is ema, I was mostly rely on people's fear decline rather than simply ema. Since like you said, those big money know what indicator retail traders use.
They seem like lure people to believe certain indicators decline than upthrust again after enough short order detected. But either hod resistance or sma, stop order should always be there. Because their stop hunt could always suddenly decide to initiate. My main battle field is small cap stock, I am not sure if it's have huge differences to big stock like TSLA. But yeah it's hard to decide whether price would go even further for stop order triggering.

I’m sitting on powder since trimming TSLA at $481 in December.

As a dual Tesla family, feels good. I’m surprised the market hasn’t seen TSLA as the contrarian energy play.

That's pretty insane valuation - yet even if they closed on $110b valuation it's still only 3% GOOGL valuation. Not exactly needle moving.
And well to get a TSLA valution, TSLA are no longer valued on EV's or robotaxi, it's on humanoid robots <snicker>.

The one thing I'd be worried about there is NVDA (and TSLA but if you're buying that...). They are strictly bound to future purchase orders from TSMC regardless of price. Multiple hyperscalers are coming out with their own chip designs for training. Many of the new or proposed hyperscale sites rely on LNG (especially the ones that are using and building their own powerplants).

I ain't looking. I'm still DCAing all my solid stocks (all the way down) but I'm definitely NOT interested in anything new to consider. My solids? AAPL, BRK.B, COST, GOOGL, IAU, NVDA, RKLB, TSLA & TSM. These, too, shall rise again!

Depends on the markets you trade in.
If you choose forex, try a prop firm challenge from FTMO.
Personally, I only trade US Options TSLA, SPY.
Different markets respond diferently to the strategy you choose.

The heat map tells the price story, but the social data underneath is what's actually interesting right now.
I track social sentiment and discussion volume across about 10 platforms. As of this morning, overall sentiment across the top 20 most-discussed assets is +0.08 — barely positive. That's about as close to zero conviction as I've ever seen it. SPY, MSFT, AMZN, and TSLA are all declining simultaneously while social attention is spiking. My pipeline flagged 21 assets on a divergence watch list at the same time — meaning social attention is pointing one direction while price is going another. That's the largest divergence cluster I've tracked this cycle.
When divergence is that widespread, it usually means the selling isn't about individual companies. It's macro. And looking at today's drivers, that tracks:
* Oil past $95 with Saudi officials warning about $180 Brent if Hormuz escalates
* Gold pushing new highs above $4,600 — that's a flight to safety, not a rotation
* Ten-year yield climbing back toward 4.3%
* Triple witching options expiration layered on top of all of it
Add in the SMCI co-founder arrest for smuggling $2.5B in Nvidia chips to China (stock down 33% today) and you've got geopolitical risk, governance crisis, and structural options expiration all hitting on the same Friday.
The "something big is about to happen" framing in the title isn't wrong, but I'd frame it differently. The broad divergence usually resolves from a single clear catalyst — a policy announcement, an earnings surprise, a geopolitical development — that snaps attention and price back into alignment. Right now the market is waiting for that catalyst and selling until it gets one.
The one thing I'm watching closest: the signal environment has zero high-conviction setups across the entire equity pipeline today. When there's nothing worth swinging at, the smartest move is tracking the divergences and waiting for the resolution rather than trying to catch the knife.

Swings are pretty normal. Nothing goes straight up forever and sometimes it seems we bought at ATHs, but if you zoom out, you’ll see the big picture.
I felt the same buying my first at 2500 and dropping to 1900-2100.
I felt the same buying TSLA once years ago.
Corrections are healthy.
If you Warren Buffet that shit and stay long you’ll have better chance of winning.
Also - great book recommendation: The Psychology of Money which changed my perspective on investing and playing the game. After reading that I’m a lot calmer in markets and able to think in much longer time horizons.

Up about 9%. Been riding around 2-3 negative NDX beta weighted portfolio since January with long put spreads and short call spreads on QQQ, SPY, TSLA, PLTR, IBIT, FIG, MSFT. Mostly long Vega and short theta right now but looking to pivot once I hit some price targets.
