The only real opportunity to moon would have been in January 2021. Since then multiple safety mechanisms would have been put in place so that MM’s aren’t caught off guard. Now all we can hope for is a slow and gradual TSLA style gain…

NVIDIA and TSLA

Apparently we are inverse of the March-May market where u could just buy SPY Calls at open and as long as you sold by 1030-11 you were green. Noon CST on Friday I went on a 0DTE PUT buying spree. Bought up some IWM, SPY, & SPX. At 1:35 I had profited $8500, pretax of course. Today I Went with calls out the gate, SPX, AMZN, GOOGL, SPCX, & unfortunately TSLA. I was up $1900 on the calls in less than 1 hour-if you exclude TSLA. At the 1 hour mark I was down $1100 on TSLA, I exited all my profitable positions and held the TSLA until lunch when it made a move in my direction, and for a very brief moment I went green on those 7 calls by about $140 each and I was able to get out…about as lucky a break as Ive ever gotten from the market. After lunch I switched to PUTs and I added maybe another $750-800 from those, so not nearly as good of a day with options as Friday but I think I just played it wrong from the start. I did make $158 on an AMD put tho. But the big winner for me today was INO-made $3900 on that POS stock.

TSLA is erratic just like Musk. It's a hell of a company with a diversified portfolio, but when it comes down to it, it's all Musk. If you can tell what he's gong to do next your a better prognosticator than I will ever be. I will sit at your feet and listen attentively. If your going to trade TSLA I suggest extremely short term and be quick to run for the exits and don't forget the fire extinguisher for your fingers. There are much easier ways to make money without all the drama. Democrats started the ev subsidy Trump took it away. You tell me.

I had the same thought. Also considered selling a call spread. Im going to paper trade this one though. TSLA has burned me too many times.
