Nobody actually answered the question you asked, so I got curious and ran the holdings from your screenshot through some code. Sixteen of the 22 positions were legible — about 93% of the account.
Short answer on the 10% sleeve: it isn't too small, it's too similar. Adding SPMO/XMMO/AVUV/AVDV at 10% moves your volatility from about 25.6% to 24.9%, and the sleeve ends up carrying 7.5% of the risk for 10% of the money. So it's not really a different bet, just a slightly diluted version of the one you already have.
What jumped out instead: about 95% of your portfolio's variance comes from a single shared direction. Looking through the funds to what you actually own, NVDA is roughly 10% of the whole account — you hold it directly, and then it arrives again through VOO, QQQ and SMH. AMD is 4% of the money and 8% of the risk, TSLA 7% and 12%.
The only things pulling the other way are BRK.B, SCHD and COST, each carrying about half its weight in risk. That's your entire ballast.
(Seven years of daily prices, and the look-through covers \~70% since funds only publish their top holdings — so that 10% NVDA is a floor, not a ceiling.)

Oil is back near $100.
Brent just hit \~$97.50 as Middle East tensions threaten supply through the Strait of Hormuz.
And that creates a nasty problem for the Fed:
Higher oil → higher inflation → fewer rate cuts → higher yields → pressure on growth stocks.
So the question isn’t just:
“Will oil hit $100?”
It’s:

Look at TSLA 1mo chart and tell me that buying the dip isn't obvious here.

Seems like most of the gains are in large US growth stocks. As others have said, you should avoid a huge tax hit.
But some of the positions have relatively small gains.
So, one option is to sell out of the positions with minimal gains (e.g. <20%), like SPMO, VZ, KO, TSLA, and AMZN. Then, you can use the cash to buy funds that balance out the portfolio (at least a little bit), like SCHV, VXUS, VB, and/or VBR. The portfolio will probably still be fairly US growth heavy, but you won't have all your eggs in that basket.

I'd probably look at selling TSLA, VZ, EBAY and anything under $2000 - and put it into something like SPMO instead. The rest seems fine.

In terms of risk/reward, moat, what? I’d say in terms of my comfort just buying today and then not checking for 5-10 years, it would be AMZN, MSFT, NVDA, META, TSLA, GOOG, AAPL but that’s not even factoring in upside. Still think NVDA is most upside potential regardless of time horizon. And it’s my largest position.
