In case this come up for anyone in the future searching for how to do this, I did figure out a method that works. You need 2 phones. Preferably the same phone, if not I think any 2 phones with the same CPU architecture should work, but YMMV
* Phone #1 is a phone that has Google Play Store installed.
* Phone #2 is the "de-Googled" phone with no Google Play Store
Step 1: Download and install Split APK Installer *version 2.4* on each phone. The functions you need were removed in later versions so it is important you download that version. It is on the original projects Github and places like APKMirror.
Step 2: Install the Fidelity app on Phone #1 from the Play Store
Step 3: Run SAI on Phone #1, choose the "Export" button, and select the Fidelity app from the list of apps. This will take the base APK and the split APK's from the device and combine them in a single .apks file (which is just a renamed zip file)
Step 4: Copy that .apks file to Phone #2
Step 5: Run SAI on Phone #2, select the "Install APKS" button, and select the Fidelity apks file you copied over to Phone #2 in Step 4
Step 6: You should get prompted the allow installs from SAI by Android, click Yes, then click "Install" on the installation pop up. It takes a few minutes, but eventually you should get an "App installed" message.
Step 7: The Fidelity app will now be installed on Phone #2 and you can run it with no Play Store.

Mmm I’m getting loans while married and from what I understand, they still give you all the loans you need. It just affects possible financial need scholarships. I’m getting the full loan amount with $31k SAI.
