I own PANW, CRWD, ZS, and S. I like the segment as companies have no choice but to buy cybersecurity and continue to add on modules indefinitely. With that said most stocks in this segment are richly valued, but the market is expected to grow aggressively long term. PANW/CRWD/ZS are all well down from their highs - I have orders to buy PANW at $175 and CRWD at $451. Also think S is fine as a trade under $15 but earnings are too unpredictable to hold long term. I would recommend owning both CRWD and PANW.

Gotcha thanks a lot. Can I know you prefer that over PANW?

Consistent increase in revenue and net income as well as consistent increase in FCF.
More cash than debt at hand.
If those criteria are met, I'll do a DCF to see if the current price is above or below the fair value.
If below, I'll add shares.
To mere, there are still undervalued plays right now. CRM, NFLX, NOW, NVDA, PANW, UNH. ELV just to name a few.

PANW: companies can’t justify not spending on cybersecurity; other companies already ran up, but PANW was flat for the year unfairly punished for acquisitions which should pay off long run. For example when they bought CyberArk (which by most accounts seems to be a solid company) they lost more market cap than the cost of the deal as though they had lit the money on fire for nothing in return.
I think, if the macro environment is stable, it will breakout big time this year.
