Yes you can try to maximise your allowances, so it makes sense to go for a non cash asset so you use your CGT.
Some notes:
Tldr; check how much you earn.
You only get 1k interest allowance if you're a basic tax payer, if you're higher rate you get 500 and if you're top rate you get zero. Technically the interest rate is 5k reducing to 1k as you each basic tax payer level.
Tldr; there are other tax free assets.
You could withdraw from your invest account and buy gold coins as legal tender is exempt from CGT. The principal return on gilts is also tax free (the coupon payments are taxable). NSI premium bonds are tax free, usually a good idea to max the 50k allowance once you've filled your ISA.
