If you are looking to stack longer term investments, Copart is a great deal right now. I have personal experience in the wholesale auto world and Copart's mode is WIDE. IAAI is not even close in volume or efficiency (turnover, staff efficiency etc). In something of a Munger style, I have bought great stocks at great prices. CRWD when it fell after outage, SMCI at 22, bought Nvidia at 600 sold at 140 (post split) bought in again at 120, McKesson at 577 early this year. Now accumulating Copart.. But slowly making a set and forget stack which will be 75 ish percent of my portfolio. I have made smaller bets like TMC at $1.80/share and NRSN at 1.05/share. Tempus @ $42. I sell these at a predetermined set price for better or worse. I sold TMC off at $4.50 as my gut told me it was a $4-$5 stock. I will add that McKesson is getting back in to deal territory and it boomed when everything else fell in April tariff's...Mental note on that. There are monthly stocks in these groups that boom and fall and that's fun and profitable if you can time it right.
