I was part of this Webull and NLSP/NCEL issue as well. This was my first buy of the stock in the after hours. I had sold at market open and had a massive gain because of the bug with the Webull's platform. It had showed as sold. Shortly after the sale the stock reappeared on my dashboard for negative 90% of the stock. Webull did not communicate with me about this. They just started buying shares at above what I had sold the position for on 10/31 and 11/3.
They drove my PDT account into the negatives and I have margin calls on it. I have made 6 calls in total. On 10/31, I spoke to a CSR and I told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor of the margin dept. (The trading was with my buying power which was about 4% of my total account)
I still have no call from Webull. I have to information and I am completely in the dark as to what is going on with my account. Anyone that I have been able to speak with has no information for me.
Problems happen. It's what you do to correct it that matters. I have been underwhelmed with being kept in the dark. Trades being done w/o my authorization and no communication.
