Yeah.. I see, it makes sense… with swing trading, more risk but more reward and if he applied well, did all the good DD, he could’ve indeed make good..
Funny I have the same issue with this NFE stock, I profited a couple times, small profits but I honestly think it’s a dead cat bounce.. so I’m just closely analyzing it to see if my analysis makes sense so I can pay close attention to these companies and swing trade them.. I am a beginner learning momentum day trading, have a small account. I haven’t jumped back in since it’s been nothing but a pump and dump.. but I’m more interesting in if it’s really a dead cat bounce..
Sounds like you had a great teacher.. grand parents always teaching us the best lessons.. My grand dad taught me really work ethic

I got in low on a few and cashed with very moderate profit (under 1k) and first got cold feet and missed the SMX train, but got into TGL pretty early. I thought about trying to get back into TGL but I'm not going to lose out trying to chase it again since the profits wouldn't be as huge, so I'm into SGBX and NFE currently

Kala Bio caught my attention last week as they seemed to have a good week with a few good peaks. 2 analysts have suggested buying while 1 analyst has suggested holding with a prediction of $31.5. Whats your thoughts? This data is from stockanalysis, how much would you trust this kind of information?
I havent seen a lot of chatter about this one. Maybe it's being over shadowed by NFE and SMX? Is there anything stopping this one having another good week? Or is there potential for some more good trades this week?
Apparently they raised $10 million last week from their direct stock offering.
For me i think im going to keep an eye on it and maybe invest some this week incase it does have another good week.

According to recent filings from NFE and the sec it seems like NFE does have enough cash to cover the December 15th payment. They have 145.2 million in cash and 244.1 million in restricted cash(meant for repaying debts) the payment that is due is 163.8 million leaving them with only 225.5 million. See websites below.
My assumption is they are just trying to buy time and figure out an option for the best way forward. Like getting revenue from the Puerto Rico deal and getting the Brazil plant up and running. Assuming they make this payment can they secure a good deal with a path forward that’s allows them to get by until further revenue comes in with only 225.5 million for the next 3-6 months.

I'll be totally honest, I don't see this thing ever squeezing. The market cap is too high and it's shares are pretty liquid. And there's nothing flashy or relatable about an LNG company, compared to say AMC or GME, companies which most people are at least vaguely familiar with.
And NFE is very very deep in debt. Drowning in it. Like, this new revenue would barely put a dent in their interest payments, let alone actually paying off their debt. If the share price ever spiked for any reason, you better believe the company will likely dilute because they really need the cash.

Completely agreed! I am watching NFE though, because technicals seem to be headed in a pump direction:
- Borrow rate is steadily going up.
- The available “dark pool” shares seems to be a fraction (1/5-1/6) of the total short float.
Based on Fintel data: https://fintel.io/ss/us/nfe
The PR supply deal seems like a catalyst, my guess is if NFE can work out an appropriate debt financing structure with this, that may cause a small rally.

Yes all that makes sense, but it doesn’t answer the 12/9 date you mentioned. I’m all for NFE, believe in the comeback and I can’t imagine bankruptcy is even on the table at this point. Just want to make sure I understand everything correctly.. AFAIK there’s no real significance on 12/9, but that doesn’t change the bullish stance. Cheers m8 good luck and let’s make some $$!

December 15th is the interest payment date, not when they'll release something about the debt. They've been actively negotiating on the upcoming payment since the end of November.
Two key points with that -
The debt negotiation hinged on where are you getting money and
The Puerto Rico contract has something about are you going to be on business, along with what's the backup plan if you go under.
Shorts have been banking on NFE going bankrupt for months. They were heading there for sure. Now, they might turn this around. Shorts are still betting they will.
If they get that debt sorted, it will trigger the squeeze IMO.

what do you mean “short interest starts to expire dec 9th”? i’m heavily in NFE, understand the heavy short float, ctb, etc.. but what expires on dec 9th?

NFE is in early stages, great short term and long term potential. Be wary as shorts are spreading a lot of FUD as they are in a very bad spot at them moment.
Watch out for the shorts 🧌 🧌 🧌

The more spam I see, the more I avoid it. NFE BYND PAVS SGBX have already pumped, so there are a lot of bagholders.

Ngl sgbx has been an outlier, this post is the most I've seen it mentioned in the comments despite it seemingly being the easiest to push. If SGBX was getting pushed the same was BYND was or NFE is, everyone could be happy and then move on to the other tickers
