solid plan tbh - 70/30 VOO/VXUS is a classic combo for long term. for execution you've got options: Fidelity and Schwab are both reliable with fractional shares and no minimums, Alinea Invest is supposed to be good if you want somthing more guided without having to manage everything yourself, or just go direct through Vanguard if you want to keep it simple. on MTRX - nothing wrong with a small side position if it won't keep you up at night.
