″\[F\]or investors with excess concentration, the correction is a timely reminder to diversify and maintain a more balanced exposure, given that the AI rally is also maturing,” UBS Global Wealth Management strategist Sundeep Gantori wrote in a Thursday note. “We also believe the rally is now prone to more volatility for any headlines, due to currently rich valuations.”

“While medium AI sensitivity stocks can somewhat be considered as all-weather stock exposure to multiple tech trends, we think investors should manage their exposure to both the high and low AI sensitivity segments at this stage of the AI rally,” he added.
