I have exactly the same problem just now here in the Philippoines (Manila, mobile internet with Smart). First the virtual and also the Standard card authorisation by merchant wastn't successful and after uninstall and Insatl the App while opening the App I get a message Check the Internet connection. Using VPN get the error"We're sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try later. Anyway cant strat the app at all. Pls. HELP!
In Addition I cant login to the web online banking as well: the Revolut lobin page ist blocked as unsafe connection by SMART and PLDT. Terrible...
