Hey guys, if you missed it, the court has preliminarily approved the $12.5 million settlement between DocGo ($DCGO) and its investors over misleading statements related to executive leadership, service performance, and financial outlook.
In 2023, DocGo faced serious scrutiny after The New York Times reported major problems with its $432M migrant relocation contract in New York, including poor coordination, service failures, and complaints from migrants. On this news, $DCGO fell 6.29%.
Shortly after, reports revealed that DocGo’s CEO had falsified parts of his professional background, leading to his resignation. Following that disclosure, $DCGO dropped another 11.76%.
Investors then filed a lawsuit alleging DocGo failed to properly vet executives, overstated the effectiveness of its services, and misrepresented its financial prospects.
The good news is that DocGo has agreed to settle $12.5 million, and the court has now preliminarily approved the settlement. Eligible investors can currently submit claims, with a March 9, 2026 deadline.
So, if you invested in $DCGO during this period, you can already [check the details](https://11th.com/cases/docgo-investor-suit) and file your claim.
Anyway, did anyone here hold $DCGO at the time? How did it impact your investment?
