I mean not wrong, but you're forgetting the blatant stock manipulation by the trolls with too much money and not enough sense that find it funnier to just ruin things for everyone else over actually working together to do a godsdamned thing. I'm still bagholding from ATCH when that was being pumped, average of $0.91 and it's 1/3rd that right now because people bailed when it hit $2 to profit take and zipped to DVLT. Then they did the same thing with that for BYND, and we've seen how that went. Pump lasts maybe a week, then they short tf out of it and move onto the next to prevent us from pulling another Gamestop....

Hey there. Looking to take my fun money and put it to good use to have some Christmas shopping funds. What do you all suggest for tomorrow and just this week? Lost too much on BYND and stupid YYAI on my last risky plays and need to make back money.
I've typically played safer stocks like NVDA (and haven't made much at all on that). Had some luck with DVLT but it was too small a position.

Thoughts?

I’ve been watching $PLBY for months and this thing is starting to feel like the old 2021 vibes but with ACTUAL earnings instead of hopium and SPAC fumes. It’s sitting at $2.22 right now, on a $230M market cap. That’s basically pocket change for a brand literally everyone on earth recognizes. The bunny logo is iconic!
Meanwhile OnlyFans is valued at like 6 billion and half the internet still thinks Playboy died with the magazine but….guess what: it didn’t!
Q3 just dropped and check this out:
-First profitable quarter EVER since the SPAC -Licensing revenue is up 61% YoY
-$300M in contracted licensing deals already locked in for the next few years
-Net debt basically gone, cash pile growing, guiding CASH FLOW POSITIVE for 2025
I’ve read analysts still have $3 targets floating around which is 40% from here, but anyone who’s been paying attention knows that’s conservative as hell once the Miami club opens and the China relaunch money starts rolling in.
Speaking of catalysts still in the chamber:
-New physical magazine dropped last month (sold out in hours, people are paying $300 on eBay for copies)
-Miami Playboy Club + global HQ breaking ground, opens Sept 2026
-Won an $81M arbitration against their old China partner which means straight cash money
-Sydney Sweeney doing full bunny shoots for Euphoria S3 promo (don’t pretend you’re not looking)
-Management presenting at Roth next week, expect fresh meat
The chart’s doing that cup-and-handle thing everyone creams their pants over, golden cross already hit, and volume’s been spiking hard. It all feels exactly like those quiet weeks before a meme stock decides to send.
Look, I’m not saying it’s going to $60 by Easter, but at $2.16 with real revenue, real contracts, and zero dilution risk? This is the cleanest “brand revival + meme stock” play I’ve seen in a hot minute.
It’s way way way wayyyyy less toxic than $GME/$AMC/$BYND bags some of you may still be holding.

1. It literally says 051 which any normal person would interpret as $0.51.
2. If it was an intentional reference to BYND then clearly he already exited to buy the car in the first place.

You are welcome. So many salty Johnny come lately MSTR buyers littering the place, same people that bought GME BYND and all other shite at top only to capitulate. MSTR was an incredibly obviously good buy for half a decade before it became a very obviously terrible buy for the last two years. So much noise from inept investors it's like a children's playground.

Is it meme-worthy? Like GME, AMC and BYND, the bunny has brand recognition. And with brand recognition comes social media buzz trailing with positive sentiment, if not mixed feelings. It also helps the current price is still easy on the wallet.
Meme stocks don’t necessarily go hand in hand with strong fundamentals. That said retail investors needing a boost of confidence can see they were profitable in Q3. Then there are 2026 plans to include relocating the headquarters to South Beach and the re-opening of a Miami member’s only club as well. Must be doing something right? Should also point that fintel shows a lot of institutional ownership.
