It's higher risk as it could suffer NAV erosion, but $300,000 in AIPI should pay about $8500/month. $300,000 in JEPQ should bring in about $2500/month. $300,000 in QQQI should bring in about $3500/month, and if you really like gambling $300,000 in MSTY with a purchase of 12,000 shares at $25/share assuming a $1.75/month average dividend (just spitballing here) could bring in about $21,000/month.

SMH, SMHX, SOXQ (all semiconductor funds), COWG, and TSPY. In IRA's I have some covered call plays - AIPI, CEPI (younger brother of AIPI), MSTY, NVDY, AMDY.
I also hold 6000 shares of a non-ETF REIT: MPW (Medical Properties Trust) which is like following a soap opera complete with characters nicknamed Donkey and Piglet while collecting dividends and hoping for a short squeeze on day.
