People who work for think tanks like the AEI, are considered useful idiots, educated people with fringe ideas that they can get to author a NY Times or Washington Op Ed when they need it to support some really bad legislation in Congress.
Often times they march them in front of FoxNoise or FoxBusiness or some other radio show to promote the cause and spew a little propaganda.
Trump #45 hired him and then rehired him for #47.
Went from bad, #45, to worse, #47.
