RTO isn't happening, as per the title of this post.
DNA X can't hit the 600 million volume/1 million revenue/day without the 30% deposit Permian Labs needs to give Qumulus AI the 70% leverage. They cannot wait until SEC approval that would take 3-6 months. Add another 3 months to raise the capital for the B300s and another 3 months for them to deliver and suddenly B300s are irrelevant with NVIDIA rubins delivering in H2 2026. Qumulus AI need to raise cash via the markets immediately - they are running out of time.
The only vehicle that is ready to do that is SONM. Predictive Oncology have a lot of Aethir on their books but their filings say don't intend on converting that to any other stablecoins (which would have to happen to buy USDC to then convert and stake USD.AI.)

So about 5 years ago I was trading on Binance with about £500 in the account but I stopped using the account as honestly I didn’t have a clue what I was doing and didn’t have the time. I would maybe every 8-10 months log in and always see that I was still around £500 in a coin called NULS. But today I logged back in because I planned on withdrawing the money as it was pointless having it in there to find that I’ve only got $11 in USDC. I checked my emails and i received the attached email below. What has happened for £500 in a coin been converted to $11 and is there anything I can do? Did the coin completely crash? Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you!

I trade crypto every day on multiple platforms. But crypto.com is the worst , I have encountered. It sc** you out of hidden fees that it doesn't tell you about. ( And i've checked) but when you go to sell assets, it will automatically buy you into new assets. So they can steal money from you. (I have screenshot proof.) Instead of it putting the money in usd, it'll buy random assets because it looks like you purchased them on paper. But really, the system is automatically purchasing them for you.So that they can claim , you made bad investments. But it is their way of stealing from you and justifying where the money went. Because no SEC is going to side with investors. So it is their way of s***ming you. When They're already s****ming you on hidden fees. Company has huge potential , but lacks any accountability, human customer service, online p c controls, etc. WORST crypto site and there are a lot of bad ones out there. And i've used most of them , but crypto.com is the worst. Trust me use coinbase instead. The fees get cheaper , the more you trade. When I Originally bought x r p, I did a limit order at $2.10. But it refused to fill my limit order at 2.10. And I got annoyed with trying over and over to get it, to accept my limit order.So I did a market by while the price was dropping and it made my average buy in much higher at $2.15. Which Was my first complaint. (Which happens many more times) but Yesterday , while x r p was up $2.42 i Put in a limit sell order. And it kept going below and above the price but would not fill my order.( Again) so I decided to market order while the price was going up, and my total balance dropped $93.00. But then I went to go put a limit by in order $2.05 for xrp, and the money wasn't showing up. ??? So I was trying to find the funds in my account and found out they purchased C** without my permission? So instead of selling it , they swapped it for their crap token , C**. And I had to sell it to get the money to fill an order limit for XRP, and when I sold it from C**, it charged me $72. And at this point I was livid mad! Because it bought me into ADA ( another useless coin , I want nothing to do with) and I never agreed to buy or swap for ADA) and it charged me another $42 dollars just to get it into USDC. So somehow, their system is swapping your token for tokens You don't want just so that they can charge fees. Trust me, when I say I promise I just wanted to take the money out of XRP at 2.40 and rebuy at 2.05. And by the end of that , I was almost $200 dollars down which had me so mad that I will never use crypto.com again. And as soon as my stock money is cleared up tomorrow from selling everything , I will never use them again! I've never felt so ripped off from a company in my life. And i've dealt with some of the worst. But they screwed up because i'm a degenerate crypto lover. And if they're doing this to me , I can only imagine how many other customers they are losing. Keep in mind.This is what happened yesterday, but I've had multiple problems similar to this in the past. Also i paid their monthly fee to not have trading fees. And I was still charged for trading fees , which is fraud! I canceled that yesterday too. And they don't even have a customer service line to deal with these issues. I lose money , all of the time in crypto. And i'm okay with that , because those were my decisions that caused that. But I am more mad about losing $200+ other cost from this fraudulent activity than I am, with the $14000. I lost from bad investments. I hope crypto.com gets shut down for their s*** practices. I have screenshots of all of these transactions , but it has too much personal information available. But I Attached last night's events in a screenshot. The SEC needs to get involved with this s*** company and shut them down!!! By the way, it will not let you say certain words.While posting with them tagged in. So the c word with stars is their main token ,( which I am not allowed to say)???? Weird!
But I am also can't call them the s word for their business practices that are fraudulent. So hopefully that helps you identify the words that they would not allow me to say in this post.

I convert my staking awards to USDC immediately so I don't incur volatility risk. Yes you have to claim as income but capital gains you would only report awards above income as you've already been taxed on the principle as income.
Yes, it should be considered unrealized capital gains but for now it's income. If the amount is significant, get with a tax consultant and pay back taxes / penalties and address moving forward.

If you are just sending EUR to EURe and spend to get cashback then yes. If you use crypto instead of stablecoins/fiat then the situation is very different. Although the user experience there is not great in the apps/setup for Gnosis Pay/Zeal.
Side note, if you pay on Starknet, Starknet will give you STRK equivalent to the card fee as well as additional cashback. Plus if you enable BRRR as cashback instead of USDC it is 1% cashback. And this is without any token staking requirements.

Thnx for the extensive explanation. I can understand your enthusiasm for holyheld. I just don’t see the financial upside compared to Gnosis.
My case as an example, I hold about €250 in GNO tokens, which gives me over 2% cashback. The card is free.
To earn back the fee for the card of holyheld with 0.5% cashback, I would have to spend €5800. Knowing how much I monthly spend, it would take 3 to 4 months. Spending that amount with Gnosis makes €116 cashback. To me this adds up, month after month and is more than just pennies.
You’re right about ETH, high fees and slippage, but I don’t use ETH. I top up Zeal directly from my bank account to the vIBAN. It’s instant. Then convert EURe to the stablecoin I want to earn interest on.
So, I can see that holyheld offers a great card: flexible being able to connect to any wallet is a great feature, and cashback directly in USDC is also a plus. But then again, these pro’s don’t outweigh the earnings of Gnosis, in my opinion.

Yeah, parking idle USDC for yields beats letting it sit—I've done it for extra without trading. - Lend on Aave/Compound for 4-8% APY; easy entry. - Downsides: Smart contract risks or depegs—diversify and use audited protocols. - Watch gas fees on moves. I've tried Yieldseeker on BASE for automated plays. What's your amount?

Transferring USDC usually burns the same amount of TRX as USDT, around 13-27 tokens. I wasn't sure how to lower it, but I’ve seen people here mention using a [tr.energy](https://tr.energy/en/wallet/) Wallet approach for rentals. I tried it out and it actually works - it’s much cheaper than burning your own TRX for gas
