You need to use a bridge, I am not sure which one is best to use though. You can also send them to a Bianace account, sell it on market for USDT, buy ETH - send it out.

Why’s it impossible to withdrawal, transfer or sell my ETH. Have €130 in the wallet but can’t do anything with it whatsoever.

The initial transaction to swap ETH to rETH can be considered taxeable. So if you have 32 ETH with 100k of unrealized gain, swapping to rETH could get you on the hook for taxes on the 100k. The reward you get with the growth in value of rETH would not be taxed until you swap back the rETH to ETH. If you use 32 ETH to directly stake solo, that's not a taxable event, but the rewards you get from staking would be taxed as ordinary income.

Proof of Reserves is a cryptographic process that allows clients to verify, independently and privately, that their assets are included in a third-party-audited snapshot of the platform’s liabilities.
