This is correct. CTPL (Compulsory Third Party Liability) only covers bodily injuries. There has been a push to include mandatory property damage cover as well, but nothing has happened to that so far.
If you wish to have coverage against Third Party Property Damage, you need a cover called VTPL-PD (Voluntary Third Party Liability - Property Damage). This usually comes with a VTPL-BI or EBI (Excess Bodily Injury), which covers liabilities in excess of the CTPL limit.

From what I understand sa third party liability in my insurance, injury lang yata covered nya sa third parties. Even the mandatory CTPL sa LTO is only for injuries
