Why make the point when BTC stats are worse?
The only payments adoption we have seen in any crypto to a significant level are stablecoins, that is why highlighting BCH's lack of adoption is biased horseshit to be more precise.

There's a saying, 'there's no such thing as bad publicity.' That's the reason r/bitcoin censors any mention of Bitcoin Cash (BCH), opting for absolute control over the narrative. They likely fear two things:
If they even mention BCH, it gives it legitimacy and draws attention.
If BCH isn't buried on page 100 of CoinMarketCap and actually gains visibility, people will have exposure to it.
For thinking people, just that exposure alone is enough for them to realize that BCH is objectively better and switch over.

That passage is not comparing BCH to BTC.  It's comparing BCH to itself. It says "Daily active BCH addresses have dropped to a six-year low", so is that an accurate statement, or is it horseshit?

There's been a long standing media blackout on BCH. The financial press are not allowed discuss it period, nither shill nor fud.
So if soneone created a bucket shop to liquidate Bitcoin Cash supporters on leverage, they'd probably end up having to shill BCH themselves, from their own personal sock account.

That is horseshit as daily activity has held up much better than BTC during the summer which is always a quiet period.
As for the note about suspicious activity,  WTF!  Was it suspicious when it happened on the BTC blockchain?

If those coins have just been transferred without changing ownership, then that is definitely -- not just potentially -- a BCH whale, since they also own(ed???) 80K BCH.

is Coindesk ok? They posted a very rare positive report about BCH, 8 month high, golden cross as buyers over time have been purchasing more than the supply available for sale, up 75% in 90 days, potential BCH whale with 80k BTC convertible to 17.8 Million BCH? on its way to top 10?

The fact that your post was banned on the other sub should tell you a thing or two about BTC. Their mass censorship has allowed them to create this false narrative around BTC. BTC is NOT Bitcoin. Invest it in BCH.

And this sub, like this thread (which as I explained is an example), is overrun by the same handful of people, regurgitating the same handful of talking points (even when off subject / hijacking), day in day out.  
They are right. The /r/btc sub unquestionably promotes BCH, and shits all over BTC. Constantly. This isn't rocket science. Check the histories of any top poster. Look at the banner. Looknat the votes. Look at any post at all. Its all the same.
If you're going to tell me it's anything else then that then you're clearly delusional.

BTC is the one that’s worth something because everyone collectively agrees that it is. You can’t just spin up a new blockchain and expect it to be worth anything.

What we do have is the actual facts, instead. The topic was indeed about BTC, no mention of BCH. The replies quickly shifted to the same old junk "BTC shit, BCH magical".  Read for yourself.
