If you are not enrolled in RTQ, quotes may be delayed by 15 minutes. By enrolling in RTQ, you can remove this delay and access a current quotation, although that quote will be static when you search or refresh the page. It sounds like instead, you may be looking for a "streaming" quote, which is a quote that continuously updates in real-time without the need to manually refresh. Quotes on your Balances page on Fidelity.com, or accessed by searching a ticker with the quote tool, are not streaming. You can access streaming quotes through a couple of different Fidelity trade tools. The first is our "Trading Dashboard," which you can access under the "Accounts & Trade" menu. You can also find streaming quotes in our Active Trader Pro (ATP) application, which you can learn more about at the link below.

I just wanted to jump in here and share that conditional orders for Options are on our ATP Beta roadmap, and implementing this feature is a priority for us. While we don't have a specific release date to announce yet, we know it's wanted and are working to get it released. That said, I'll go ahead and share your interest as feedback to our developers.

ATP in MA works.

We are aware that customers in some locations may be experiencing issues with Fidelity.com, Active Trader Pro (ATP), and our mobile apps due to a local ISP disruption. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you being a customer.

not having any login issues now. ATP no error, just would not connect as well as on browser website, could not ever get to it.... i go wired for PC and MAC, could not get to it on either one, definatly tested other sites etc to verify connections. on tablet android app, said it was having tech problems at this time type of error, on android phone app, just could not connect.

GOOD for you on trading. There are restrictions put into place to protect the trading public. For instance: there are certain securities that are labeled as QIBS only. You are not a QIB so you would not be able to buy them, no matter what you said or where you went. Pure and simple, it would be for your protection. There are thousands of lawsuits in the courts right now where people are suing their brokers because they sold them something they may or may not have sold them. Penny stocks are a VERY BIg issue because of the volatility involved. As to APP crashing, I use Avtive trader pro 64 all the time and have for quite a while without interruptions, and am now testing the NEW ATP Beta Desktop app. Any issues I have had were completely from my internet provider. I now use a Google Fiber Edge connection 8gb.

We're not currently receiving widespread reports of issues in ATP that match your description. Accordingly, we suggest beginning troubleshooting. To start, try closing and relaunching any affected tools, as well as closing and relaunching ATP, or power cycling your system. If errors persist, you may try using a different layout in ATP and reducing the number of tools in use at a given time. Finally, try deleting and then reinstalling ATP from your computer.
If troubleshooting fails, and you continue to experience issues with the ATP tools you mentioned, we suggest contacting our Tech Support team for further assistance. They're available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET and can be reached by saying "tech support" when prompted by the automated system.

Quotes, news randomly stop all day. I placed 2 orders that showed as not going through and that I still had the position when I looked on the regular web site I had sold. How can I trust ATP?

Long story short, I started day trading in my IRA's through Fidelity so I opened my individual account with them.
Fast forward to today and I'm just running into consistent issues that bug me and have some significant trading profit impacts:

\- Errors not processing trades due to restrictions on certain equities (even with penny stocks enabled)
\- App crashing periodically
\- Lack of hotkeys or programable shortcuts.

I'm considering a transition to Webull all things considered. Any feedback on experience with Webull or transitioning away from ATP? I've played with their paper trade function and love the programable shortcuts (and hotkeys for live trading).

Any issues with the desktop app that you've encountered? Trade fulfillment lag?
