July 2021 had days with 30K comments.
You might say MOONS but even before MOONs and a considerably smaller sub (I think it was well below 1 Million back then) even January 2018 had 6K+ comments like right here and with this guy having some common sense while people were falling for the tech meme with coins like EOS, IOTA, ICX, etc which are all dead now. People falling for meme tech the next cycle like ALGO, ATOM, DOT, etc never learned.

Hi!
First of all, don't answer any DMs. They are all scammers. Never share your Ledger's recovery phrase with anyone, or insert it anywhere online.
Now, unfortunately, I don't know what happened in your case. As I can see, the app gives you the choice to save the log and contact Ledger Support with the error code to look into your case, but before doing that, I would advise you to connect your Ledger with the Keplr wallet -just connect/pair your Hardware Wallet with it, NEVER insert your Ledger's seedphrase in any online walle-) and trying again using its interface.
Personally, I have Ledger devices (I use them everyday), and I interacted with the Cosmos blockchain using Keplr wallet to restake my staking rewards yesterday. This means that the Cosmos blockchain doesn't have a problem the last week during which you were trying unsuccessfully to send your transactions.
So, what is the problem?
If I can guess, you are showing us your mobile Ledger Live (LL) app. Have you tried to clear your mobile cache, or try to send your ATOM using your Desktop's Ledger Live? If, for example, you can send your ATOM using your LL Desktop's interface, that means that maybe there is a problem with the mobile version of LL, or with your smartphone (which a clearing of your cache might fix). If you have a problem with both Desktop and mobile apps, then there is the possibility that you don't have the latest version of Ledger's firmware, or you haven't updated your Cosmo's app. Just go to your Desktop's LL, and check if you need to update your app or your firmware.
If both your device and Cosmo's app are up to date, and you can't send your ATOM with different devices, then the problem might be on LL behalf. If this is the case, then the solution that I suggested earlier, the "connecting your Ledger with the Keplr Wallet and sending your ATOM using its UI", might work.
Lastly, have you ever sent ATOM from this account before? If you have ATOM in a different chain in the Cosmos Ecosystem (and not in the Cosmo's Hub blockchain), then you are going to need the native token from this blockchain, to pay the transaction fees, to send your ATOM to another address. If you have your ATOM in the "Cosmo's Hub" blockchain though, then you are fine.
I hope something of the above will help you. If not, you can always ask for help from Ledger Support. And as I said, no one from Ledger will reach out to you first. If someone does, they are not from Ledger Support, but they are scammers.
P.S. If you are going to transfer your ATOM from your Ledger to a Centralised Exchange (like Crypto. com), then be sure to copy the memo that the Exchange will provide to you. If you don't do that, in the best scenario, you are going to pay money to "reverse" the transaction, and in the worst case scenario, your ATOM will be gone.

Unable to transfer my ATOM out of my ledger. Tried sending max amount, tried sending half the amount, tried every day for a week at different timings, still cant send out. Help, not sure what to do, TIA

Put it into Exodus, stake it on ATOM / Cosmos.
ATOM returns 16 - 20% APY. It’s $4.20 or so right now. During 2021 it was $45-50
$250,000 Staked would return $40,000/year minimum. After this bull run if it hits anywhere close to $40 that’s $2,250,000.
That $2,250,000 will be $375,000 per year. You can liquidate the APY coins to USDT or USDC stable coins for when crypto bear market comes around, maybe pull $1,500,000 to a stable coin to wait for bear market or to live on. Invest it at the bottom of the bear market.
