I would definitely. My experiences with Gemini CS is that a good response is somewhere between one and two weeks.
Beware response time doesn't mean resolution time...here you can easily add few weeks for basic stuff.
Their ticketing system is not meant for something else than distract yourself from the initial reason you contacted them. The only chance to get it fixed is to be very vocal on Reddit. Earlier this summer I purchased 500 usd of one specific crypto, tried to sell it already in August and the app/website keeps returning error message. Reported it nearly 2 months ago, they keep pretending that the devs are working on it. Imagine there must be a horde of devs working days and night to troubleshoot and fix this issue... which btw is certainly impacting any other user holding API3...
At the moment API3 is relatively volatile and I could evt consider investing more but as I have no warranty to be able to sell it when I want I am refraining me from purchasing on Gemini at least.
