If you’re starting small, go with ADA stable and good long-term. USDT is safe for holding value. The rest (DOGE, APE, TRX) are riskier but fun if you want to experiment. Start small and focus on learning first 👍

devil's advocate: govts lost faith in the USD so most bought gold. I suspect they didn't all APE into BTC because they fear the US/China (someone w/ a lot of miners and/or large stash) can control BTC.
It's not clear to me if this trend will continue in the future so I'm not sure if i should invest more in gold. It is a good hedge against market downturns/inflation. That is, it makes a better safe asset than bonds, so i might rotate stock market gains into gold as the bull market winds down. But then again, gold feels so overpriced...
