>some speculative like AAOI, GEV, VST
While other are mostly ETFs like MSFX, NVDX, TQQQ, AMZU
All of this is speculative. Investing in single company stock exposes you to [uncompensated risk](https://www.whitecoatinvestor.com/uncompensated-risk/), which means that you're taking on more risk than investing in a total market index fund, but you can't expect to receive better returns than the market average. Investing in leveraged funds for single company stocks is getting closer to gambling.
How about the [three-fund portfolio](https://www.bogleheads.org/wiki/Three-fund_portfolio)
of total US + total International + Bonds?
>Traditional TSP IRA
It's just traditional TSP.
IRA is a different thing.
>Life Cycle 2045 = 25%
G fund = 10%
F fund (bonds) = 5%
C fund (Follows S&P 500) = 60%
The life cycle fund [contains the other funds](https://www.tsp.gov/funds-lifecycle/l-2045/?tab=summary), so just going 100% into the life cycle 2045 fund would make more sense. It's like holding the full three fund portfolio in a single automatically rebalancing fund.
Consider prioritizing this tax advantaged account over investing more dollars into your taxable brokerage account.

>I’m considering just dumping all of my drill pay into a ROTH IRA
Sounds like a good idea. You can select a Target date fund or the three fund portfolio here as well.
